APPLICATION FOR GALLERY SUBMISSIONS

Thank you for you interest in Gallery 50. In order for the Gallery to consider your work, please submit the following:

Artist Name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Website address

Cover letter with artists statement, resume, and any
articles about your work. Any invitations and catalogs from shows that have included your work. Websites of galleries that show your work.

Portfolio:
Photo CD of images (10 to 20)
List of the works with title, size, medium, date and retail price.

If the Gallery feels the work is consistent with its concept, you will be invited to show your work in person.

Please be patient for a response as the Gallery is scheduled over a year in advance.

The Gallery is not responsible for submitted items. Please do not send original slides.
